Flagtech has been  producing flags and banners for exterior and outdoor display since 1941 under the name Textile Artcraft Inc. Our manufacturing expertise has evolved from hand painting on fabric, to  screen printing and now we use computers to digitally print on fabric.  With over 70 years of expertise in supplying printed fabric solutions for exterior and interior events, Flagtech has a deep fundamental knowledge of fabrics, fabric printing and finishing. We understand how fabric  behaves and we understand fabric's strengths and limitations. Our production values have evolved from decades of experience. Flagtech is a custom fabric printing manufacturer.

Fabric is portable, lightweight, and washable. It has great colour, can be recycled and is an environmentally friendly product compared to the alternatives.  Vinyl banners are being phased out by many major events due to the negative environmental impact of vinyl. Both Japan and Europe have banned vinyl from been used for temporary signage for that very reason.

Digital Fabric printing has greatly impacted exhibit display industry where fabric solutions are rapidly gaining popularity over vinyl and paper displays solutions. Many of the traditional exhibit suppliers are trying to offer fabric printing but they often lack the expertise of working with fabric and may not offer optimum solutions. Flagtech has decades of experience in fabric printing, sewing, and even offers in house finishing capability (FR flame Retard, and WR water repellant finishes).

Flagtech has been manufacturing custom printed fabric solutions for pageantry, signage, display, theatre and decoration for over 50 years.  In 1998, Flagtech was the first company in Canada to offer durable outdoor flags using digital fabric printing technology. Our computer based digital fabric printing is based on using  proprietary dye inks, in house colour profiling, and proprietary fabric finishes and coating to achieve the ultimate in colour reproduction as well as superior durability for exterior events.
